Asus launches Windows 8 dual screen ultrabook, tablet, notebooks in India

ASUS VivoBook F202E and ASUS VivoBook S400. The Asus VivoBook F202E features a 11.6-inch LED Backlight HD screen, 3.6mm panel and a capacitive touch panel with multi-touch function. It runs Microsoft Windows 8 operating system with 3rd Generation Intel Core i3- 3217U. Weighing 1.3kg, the device encompasses USB 3.0 which is said to be 10 times faster than USB 2.0, dual speakers of capacity 2Watt each and an HD Camera (720P). The notebook is claimed to offer battery life of up to 5 hrs. Other features include DDR3 4GB memory on board, 500GB HDD, WLAN 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth4.0

.The Asus VivoBook S400, on the other hand, comes with 14" LED Backlight HD screen, a capacitive touch panel with multi touch function. It comes equipped with the latest Microsoft Windows 8 with 3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3517U processor. Other features include DDR3 4GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, WLAN 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth4.0. The Asus VivoBook F202E and Asus VivoBook S400 will be available in India at Rs 39,999 and Rs Rs 59,999, respectively

.The fourth device announced today was Asus Vivo Tab RT that comes with its own mobile dock that has a QWERTY keyboard, track pad, USB port and built-in battery. It has a 10.1-inch HD Glare capacitive multi-touch display and Nvidia Tegra3 processor, RAM 2G DDR3 and storage of 64G EMMC. It also includes WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 2 megapixel front and an 8 megapixel rear camera with Flash. The Asus VivoTab RT TF600 TG will be available in India at a price point of Rs 61,999.
