It was recently reported that Abhishek Bachchan, who will essay the role of super cop Jai Dixit in Dhoom 3, is being kept out of the film's promotions. These rumours started doing the rounds, when Abhishek said that he wasn't even aware of the Dhoom 3 title song launch event.
However, the film's antagonist Aamir Khan claims that there is no truth to such reports and that Abhishek is very much a part of the movie's promotions. At 'Dhoom 3: The Game' launch when he was asked about Bachchan's absence, he said, “Abhishek is very much part of the promotions in fact Abhishek and I launched the first trailer of the film together, so I guess with every event you will see different actors of the film.”
The third edition of the Dhoom franchise also stars Katrina Kaif and Uday Chopra and is slated to hit the theaters on December 20, this year.
