Krrish 3 Collects Rs. 228.23 Crores, Breaks Chennai Express' Record

Until recently, Shah Rukh Khan Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express held the record for being the highest grossing film in India however, now Hrithik Roshan's superhero flick Krrish 3 has clenched the record.

Krrish 3, which has been directed by Rakesh Roshan, released on November 1, this year and the film has collected Rs. 228.23 crores in 15 days. Chennai Express earned Rs. 226.70 crores at the box-office.The third edition of the Krrish franchise also stars Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi in key roles.

Now we wonder if Aamir Khan's much-anticipated Dhoom 3 would be able shatter this new record…
