Sonam Kapoor Gets Her Ears Pierced For 'Khubsoorat' Remake

Sonam Kapoor is presently busy shooting for her upcoming film, which is the remake of Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 1980 release Khubsoorat and we hear that recently the fashionista underwent a painful procedure for her role in the movie.

Sonam will be seen playing a stylish physiotherapist in the film and recently, she had her earlobes and cartilage pierced for the movie. Sonam has been quoted saying that it is much easier to get one's ears pierced during their childhood and that it was an 'extremely painful exercise' for her.

Sonam will be seen reprising veteran actress Rekha's role from the original in the remake, which is being produced by her dad Anil Kapoor.
