'Welcome Back' is not welcomed by Rekha

We had earlier reported that Amitabh Bachchan has been approached to reprise late actor Feroz Khan's role in the sequel to 2007 release Welcome and veteran actress Rekha too was offered a role in the movie.

Buzz has it that Big B has signed on the dotted line however, Rekha has turned down Welcome Back, as the dates were clashing with her upcoming film Super Nani. Rekha and Amitabh's superhit jodi was last seen in YRF's 1981 release Silsila.

Welcome Back will be directed Anees Bazmee and it stars John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar in the lead roles.
